Upland was the  3-0 winner over Los Osos when they last played one another  back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around.  Los Osos found their leader in sophomore  Chloe Taylor, who  had eight  kills, eight  digs, two  blocks,  and two  aces. Taylor is  on a roll when it comes to  kills, as she's  now  had five or more in each of the last seven games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kayla Scott, who  had five  digs and two  aces.
Upland has  been struggling recently as they've  lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record  this season. As for Los Osos, their win was  their fourth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 17-5.
