Basketball Game Preview: Glenn Eagles vs. Whitney Wildcats

Glenn is 1-9 against Whitney since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Glenn Eagles will be playing at home against the Whitney Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Glenn will be strutting in after a win while Whitney will be coming in after a loss.

Glenn will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up 21 points on Tuesday, then bounced right back against Century on Friday. Glenn came out on top against Century by a score of 57-49.

Bundana Adams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 9 of 16 en route to 26 points and five assists. His evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Meanwhile, Whitney was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 44-39 to Artesia.

Glenn has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Whitney, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Glenn took a serious blow against Whitney in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, falling 67-23. Can Glenn avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
