Albertus Magnus is 3-0 against Barack Obama School for Social Justice since January of 2023, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday. The Albertus Magnus Falcons will look to defend their home court  against the Barack Obama School for Social Justice Lightning at 4:30  p.m. Given that  the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  game.
 Last Saturday, Albertus Magnus was the victim of a  tough 50-30 loss at the hands of Hastings. While losing is never fun, Albertus Magnus can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings  (they are ranked 450th, while Hastings is ranked 212th).
 Meanwhile, Barack Obama School for Social Justice came up short against Dobbs Ferry on Wednesday and fell  66-53. Even though they lost, Barack Obama School for Social Justice's still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.1 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
 Barack Obama School for Social Justice's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  Raheem Azeez, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 19 points and nine  rebounds, and  Seediya Jabbi who  scored 14 points along with seven  rebounds and four  blocks. Azeez is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was  Miguel Gonzalez, who  scored eight points along with seven  rebounds.
 Albertus Magnus' loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Barack Obama School for Social Justice, they dropped their record down to 10-9 with that  loss, which was their third straight  at home.
 Albertus Magnus didn't have too much breathing room in their  contest against Barack Obama School for Social Justice  when the teams last played  back in January, but they still walked away with a  40-36 win. Does  Albertus Magnus have another victory up their sleeve, or will Barack Obama School for Social Justice turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
