Paschal is 6-0 against Polytechnic since November of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Paschal Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Polytechnic Parrots at 7:30 p.m. Paschal knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Polytechnic likes a good challenge.

Paschal is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing North Side: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Paschal blew North Side out of the water with an 81-44 final score. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Polytechnic hadn't done well against Wyatt recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Polytechnic sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 30-28 win over Wyatt. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Parrots have posted since December 1, 2023.

Paschal is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points per game. As for Polytechnic, their win bumped their record up to 8-11.

Paschal took their victory against Polytechnic in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 74-48. Does Paschal have another victory up their sleeve, or will Polytechnic turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
