The Miami Beach Hi-Tides will head out to challenge the Dr. Krop Lightning at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Miami Beach's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so Dr. Krop's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
Miami Beach is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Schoolhouse Prep just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 5-1 to the Wolfpack.

Daniel Garcia
Miami Beach got a good showing from Daniel Garcia, who pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Garcia also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Miami Beach is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-4 otherwise.
At the plate, Lenonx Munoz made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now stole at least one in each of the last four games he's played. Jon Solowitz also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dr. Krop). They were the clear victor by a 12-0 margin over Reagan on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Lightning in their matchups with the Bison: they've now won four in a row.
Marco Loreto made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Loreto was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Esaul Pena, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, four stolen bases, and three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Emmanuel Dominguez, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run.
Dr. Krop always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .733. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Dr. Krop's record now sits at 3-4. As for Miami Beach, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Miami Beach has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Dr. Krop struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
