Biggsville West Central had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Fulton Steamers onto the board and left with  a   10-0  victory  on Friday.  Not much got past  Addie Seitz, who gave up just  two  hits and racked up ten Ks to keep Fulton off the board. Seitz has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than eight  strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Becca Hinshaw and  Shelby Bowman did most of the damage at the plate:  Hinshaw  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4, while  Bowman  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4. Bowman is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last four games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Ashley Meyer, who  went 1-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI.
 Biggsville West Central has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 17 of their last 19 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 30-3-1 record  this season. As for Fulton, their defeat dropped their record down to 23-6.
 Biggsville West Central will take on Newman Central Catholic at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Biggsville West Central is looking to tack on another W to their 12-game streak on the road dating back to last season. Fulton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
