Volleyball Recap: Mckinney North Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

Lake Highlands came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against McKinney North, but Malia McNeal wouldn't allow it. The Bulldogs blew past the Wildcats 3-0 on Tuesday thanks in part to McNeal, who had 13 assists and ten digs. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

While McKinney North won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-23, 25-21.

McKinney North is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. As for Lake Highlands, their loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-5.

McKinney North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Grapevine on the 29th. As for Lake Highlands, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Seminole Ridge on the 28th.
