The Rich Rebels will be playing at home against the Big Piney Punchers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Rich's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Big Piney has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
Rich scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They walked away with a 79-71 win over Wendover. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Jaden Desch was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with nine rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ridge Lundgren, who scored 20 points.
Meanwhile, Big Piney came up short against Wyoming Indian on Saturday and fell 60-50.
Rich has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Big Piney, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
Rich strolled past Big Piney in their previous matchup on January 6th by a score of 65-48. Will Rich repeat their success, or does Big Piney have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
