The Lehigh Valley Academy Jaguars can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They put the hurt on Lehigh Christian Academy with a sharp 71-45 win. The win was just what Lehigh Valley Academy needed coming off of a 68-39 defeat in their prior game.
Leading Lehigh Valley Academy to victory were Joell McNeil and Christopher Hunt. McNeil scored 16 points, while Hunt scored 16 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McNeil has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ziyon Wilkins, who scored ten points.
Lehigh Valley Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Lehigh Christian Academy, they bumped their record down to 3-8 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lehigh Valley Academy will take on Pleasant Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lehigh Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Notre Dame-Green Pond at 6:00 p.m.
