In what's become a running theme this season, the Bellaire Cardinals gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They never let Houston Math Science & Tech onto the board and left with a 6-0 win. It was an even better day for McKenna Lindsay as she scored three goals for her team.
The win was the third in a row for Bellaire, bringing their record for this year to 5-6-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those three contests. As for Houston Math Science & Tech, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bellaire will square off against Cesar E. Chavez at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cesar E. Chavez's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Houston Math Science & Tech, they will head out on the road to square off against Westside at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
