After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Adair County, North Hardin was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the Fairdale Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. Considering the Trojans have won five contests by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Kaleb Eisenman was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Marian Jaudon, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

North Hardin always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fairdale only posted an OBP of .316.

North Hardin's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Fairdale, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Hardin will take on Fort Knox at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season. As for Fairdale, they will face off against Holy Cross at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.07 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
