The Waller Bulldogs will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Klein Cain Hurricanes at 7:00 p.m. Waller is out to stop a 11-game streak of losses at home dating back to last season.
Last Tuesday, Waller suffered a tough 49-27 loss at the hands of the Panthers. Waller has not had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Meanwhile, Klein Cain had to suffer through a rough 64-30 loss at the hands of the Tigers. While losing is never fun, Klein Cain can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 505th, while the Tigers are ranked 55th).
Waller has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 13 of their last 14 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-27 record this season. As for Klein Cain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-17.
Waller came up short against the Hurricanes in their previous meeting back in January, falling 31-24. Can Waller avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
