Kennedy Catholic suffered a rough 58-35 defeat at the hands of Enumclaw on Monday. Kennedy Catholic has struggled against Enumclaw recently, as their contest on Monday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Kennedy Catholic lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Riley Burns, who scored 17 points. That's the first time this season that Burns scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Gabriela King, who scored three points along with ten rebounds.
Kennedy Catholic's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 5-9. As for Enumclaw, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
Kennedy Catholic will look to defend their home court on Friday against Decatur at 7:00 p.m. Enumclaw will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Orting at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th.
