  Noah Woods was cooking despite his team's loss,   going 2-for-4 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs. That  home run was  his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Carson Norton, who  went 2-for-5 with two  RBI and one  double.
 Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Chester's offense. They came up short against  Lewisville on Wednesday, falling  8-0.
 Chester dropped their record down to 9-5 with the  loss, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.
