Jordin Thomas Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Thanks in part to Jordin Thomas, Lincoln said goodbye to their three-game losing streak. Thomas showed up in a big way on Friday, rushing for 139 yards and three touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (101). Lincoln is 2-1 when Thomas posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.
If the past is any indication, Thomas could be in store for another big game when he takes on Lodi on Friday. When Thomas last faced the Flames back in October of 2023, he rushed for 220 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 38 receiving yards.
