The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bears considering their 12-point performance the  contest before.
 Meanwhile, Mascoma came up short against Hillsboro-Deering on Saturday and fell  26-14. The loss put an end to the Royals' undefeated start to the season.
 Mascoma's loss dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Winnisquam, their  win (their first of the  season) made their record 1-2.
 Winnisquam took a serious blow against Mascoma  in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024, falling  60-20. Can the Bears avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
