 Despite the loss, Hubbard still got an impressive performance from   Madeline Morales, who  had 32  digs and one assist. With that strong performance,  Morales is now averaging an impressive 12.4  digs per game. The team also got some help courtesy of  Debora Lopez, who  had 11  digs and three  aces.
Hubbard suffered their first road  defeat, dropping their record down to 6-2. As for Hancock, they pushed their record up to 8-4 with the  victory, which was their third straight  at home.
 Looking ahead, Hubbard will host Curie  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Hancock, they will take on Evergreen Park in a tournament  on Friday.
