There's no place like home for Maranatha Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They skirted past the Sumter Christian Bears 60-57. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 61-40 victory the Bears walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.

Maranatha Christian's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Bryson McInville, who posted 30 points. The contest was McInville's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Hanna, who scored 17 points.

Maranatha Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game.
