The Prospect Mountain Timberwolves are taking a road trip to  take on the Conant Orioles  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Prospect Mountain will be looking to extend their current 17-game winning streak.
Prospect Mountain is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of New Hampshire's top teams: Raymond, who was ranked 23rd  at the time (Prospect Mountain was ranked fourth). The Timberwolves' pitcher stepped up to hand the Rams  a   4-0 shutout  on Tuesday.

Not much got past  Alexis Wilson, who gave up just  two  hits and racked up eight Ks to keep Raymond off the board. Wilson has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Paityn Glidden and  Kylie Guptill did most of the damage at the plate:  Glidden  went 2-for-3 with one  run and one  double, while  Guptill  went 1-for-4 with two  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
 Raymond hit Conant with a four-run seventh inning  on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Orioles fell just short of the Rams by a score of  6-5.
 Prospect Mountain's victory was  their 11th straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 17-1. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Conant, they now  have a losing record of 7-8.
