It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Hebbronville Longhorns can now relate to. They took a serious blow against Poth on Friday, falling 47-0. Having soared to a lofty 54 points in the game before, Hebbronville couldn't push the score so high this time.
Hebbronville has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Poth, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.
Hebbronville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Poth will head out on the road to face off against East Bernard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Bernard is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
