Coahoma extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Bree Lewis. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Brownfield Cubs by a score of 3-1 on Saturday for which the team can thank Lewis, who had 15 kills, 11 digs, two blocks, and two aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted five or more kills the last 24 times she's played.

Coahoma's victory bumped their record up to 23-10-1. As for Brownfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 17 of their last 20 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Coahoma is set to take on their familiar foe Denver City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Brownfield will square off against rival Lamesa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
