The Evansville Bosse Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their eighth straight loss. They took a serious blow against McLean County, falling 48-10.
McLean County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Anna Miller led the charge by scoring 11 points along with three steals. Those three steals set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Larkin, who scored eight points along with four steals.
Evansville Bosse's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for McLean County, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.
Evansville Bosse will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Evansville North at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2024. McLean County's road trip will continue as they head out to face Cumberland County at 4:00 p.m. on December 27th.
