The Carolina B Bearcats will be staying on the road  on Friday to face off against the North Wake S Saints at 7:00  p.m. Hopefully Carolina B focused on turnovers this week  as the team gave up four on Saturday.
 Carolina B will head into Saturday's  matchup ready to turn things around: they couldn't quite beat Cabarrus S on Saturday, but the two-point margin was a huge improvement compared to the 52-point  defeat they were dealt  two weeks ago. Carolina B fell just short of Cabarrus S by a score of  44-42.
 Despite the  loss, Carolina B got top-tier performance from   Jaylan Mack, who picked up 106 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Mack was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 55 yards.  Raelen Randle was in the mix  too, providing Carolina B with a touchdown.
 Carolina B's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut  Amari Brown.  Dre Gabriel was another major factor on D,  picking up  two  sacks and making seven total tackles.
 North Wake S never got on the board in their matchup on September 5th, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Ravenscroft last Saturday. They walked away with  a   32-25  victory over the Ravens.
 North Wake S relied on the efforts of   Will Clancy, who threw for 294 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, and   Mark Wilson, who rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries.
 Carolina B's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for North Wake S,  the  win  got them back to even at 2-2.
 Carolina B took a serious blow against North Wake S  when the teams last played  back in October of 2022, falling  60-26. Can Carolina B avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
