The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Fountain Hills in their matchups with Phoenix Country Day: they've now lost six in a row.
Northwest Christian has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2-1 record this season. As for Fountain Hills, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-7.
Everything went Northwest Christian's way against Fountain Hills in their previous meeting back in January of 2023 as Northwest Christian made off with a 6-0 win.
