The Cinnaminson Pirates entered their tilt with the Burlington Township Falcons with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Cinnaminson came out on top against Burlington Township by a score of 60-51 on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Cinnaminson also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2019.
Quayd Hendryx and Baron Davis certainly did their best on Thursday to try and avoid the loss. Hendryx scored 12 points, while Davis scored 13 points. Davis scored a full 25.5% of Burlington Township's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Irving Singletary was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Cinnaminson's win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.9 points per game. As for Burlington Township, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
Cinnaminson will finish 2023 at home by hosting Seneca on Wednesday. Seneca comes in still looking for their first win of the season. Burlington Township will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Timber Creek Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
