When it comes to explaining why Notre Dame lost, one person who can't be blamed is Selena Wilson. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. Wilson is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Austyn Paugh, who scored six points along with nine rebounds.
Notre Dame has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Braxton County, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-7.
