Seagoville came out on top against Poteet by a score of 4-2. The victory was all the more spectacular given Seagoville's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 604th, while Poteet is ranked 168th).

The win made it two in a row for Seagoville and bumps their season record up to 2-13-3. As for Poteet, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4-2.
