Baseball Recap: First Academy's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

First Academy won the last time they faced Altamonte Christian and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went First Academy's way against Altamonte Christian as First Academy made off with an 18-1 victory. First Academy's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Damien Bean made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Bean was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 3-for-3.

In other batting news, Dylan Bell was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Miguel Boque, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

First Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .833. The last time their OBP was this high was since the start of last season.

First Academy's record is now 3-0. As for Altamonte Christian, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.
