Gabe Weyer and Alex Delaney dominated on the mound. Weyer tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits, while Delaney pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Lane Tech is 2-1 when Weyer allows two or fewer hits, but 4-5 otherwise.
At the plate, Isaiah Martin was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. Those RBI marked the first that he brought in this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Miles Mazanowski, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
