Denair lost to Delhi back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Denair Coyotes walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Delhi Hawks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Coyotes.

Stacy Sanchez and Abby Hernandez scored both of Denair's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Denair has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Delhi, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Denair and Hughson will meet in a canine-themed contest at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Delhi, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Le Grand at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
