In Friday's  Canine Competition, Hubbard had to take the L. They fell just short of the Victoria Soto Wolves by a score of  2-1 on Friday. Lopez is  on a roll when it comes to  aces, as she's  now  served two or more in each of the last three games she's  played.  Eriana Santana was another key player,  getting 17  digs.
This is the second loss in a row for Hubbard and  nudges their season record down to 15-7. As for Victoria Soto, they pushed their record up to 14-3 with the  victory, which was their 13th straight  at home dating back to last season.
While Hubbard had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
