Despite the loss, Ridge Spring-Monetta saw an underclassman step up: sophomore DeArie Kinard went 7 of 13 en route to 15 points and five rebounds. Those 15 points gave Kinard a new career-high. Briston Matthews was another key player, putting up six points along with five assists and four steals.
