  Elias Haynes continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 74 yards and a pair of  TDs, while also catching two  touchdowns.  Owen Sacuskie helped out on the ground, rushing for 86 yards.
 Meanwhile, Enochs came up short against Pitman on Friday and fell  31-24. The  defeat   continues a  trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Pride: they've now lost three in a row.
 Enochs' loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Downey, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
 Everything came up roses for Downey against Enochs when the teams last played  back in October of 2024, as the  squad secured  a  66-7 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
