If Providence wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Fort Mill, they should've done a better job of containing Colbie Wolf. The Fort Mill Yellow Jackets enjoyed a cozy 58-40 win over the Providence Panthers on Friday thanks in part to Wolf, who posted 24 points. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Providence's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emma Fuller, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten boards. Fuller has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last six times she's played. Elliott Stafford was another key player, putting up six points.

Fort Mill's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Providence, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Fort Mill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 53-32 defeat against Andrew Jackson on the 16th. As for Providence, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 69-51 loss against Charlotte Catholic on the 17th.
