After losing to York the last time they met, Northwestern decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Trojans came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 7-4 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Northwestern's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-11. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for York, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

Northwestern will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cougars: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
