They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  13-12  victory over the Aucilla Christian Warriors.  Gabrielle Hughes spent all ten innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned  (and seven unearned) runs on 14 hits and racked up 13 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Lila Riggan was  excellent,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances. What's more,  she posted two  RBI, the most she's  had since back in April of 2024.  Allison Townley also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  triple of the season.
 North Florida Christian  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least 11  hits in three consecutive  games.
