Highland waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Carterville Lions by a score of 2-0.

Kallie Hubbard paced Highland's offense, picking up ten kills. Hubbard were helped by Bella Russo and Lucy Becker, who contributed six assists each.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Carterville, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

Coincidentally, Highland and Carterville will both be playing Marion the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Wildcats at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
