Saturday's final will be a rematch of the Nike TOC third-place game from Dec. 22 won 57-47 by Sidwell Friends.
In the opener, Lone Peak built a 22-point lead in the third quarter before hanging on for a 68-60 victory as Desert Vista used a relentless trap to make the score appear closer than it had been for most of the contest.
Woolston, a BYU commit, hit from all over the court, scoring a game-high 32 while adding 12 rebounds for the Knights.
Jerzy Robinson had 19 for the Thunder on the day she was named MaxPreps Co-National Freshman of the Year.

Lone Peak built a 32-24 halftime lead before Woolston showed why she's a MaxPreps All-American, going for 13 of the Knights' 23 third-quarter points. She hit three 3-pointers from different spots while adding two buckets, including a nifty putback as she grabbed the board and dumped it in the bucket while still in the air.
In the second semifinal, Sidwell – playing without MaxPreps All-American
Jadyn Donovan – raced out to a 15-4 lead after the first quarter and was never really challenged as Centennial had nine turnovers in the first half.
Donovan is participating in this weekend's Nike Hoops Summit in Portland, Ore.
The Quakers' defense led to easy buckets as Dudley had 10 in the first half and finished the game shooting 10 of 16 from the field. She added 13 rebounds, five assists, four steals and two blocks.
Jordyn Jackson added 15 for Sidwell.
MaxPreps Nevada Player of the Year
Kaniya Boyd, who left Thursday's quarterfinals in the opening minutes of the game against Dr. Phillips with a leg injury, didn't start Friday but led the Bulldogs with 11 points, the lone Centennial player in double figures.
