1. Bergen Catholic (Oradell)
Coach: Nunzio Campanile
2014 finish: 8-3
Team preview

This should be Bergen Catholic's best team of the Nunzio Campanile era. Quarterback Jarrett Guarantano, a Tennessee commit, is back, along with his favorite target from a year ago, Gene Coleman II. Josh Mckenzie, the state's most coveted incoming ninth-grader, could start on both offense and defense, something not even Brian Cushing did at Bergen Catholic.

2. Paramus Catholic
Coach: John Westervelt
2014 finish: 10-2
Team preview

Head coach Chris Partridge, who built Paramus Catholic into the national power it is today, took a job with Michigan in the offseason. Blake Costanzo initially took over, but eventually John Westervelt assumed the spot. He knows the program and will attempt to keep the Paladins on track. He has plenty of talent to do so, including No. 1 recruit Rashan Gary.

3. Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey)
Coach: Greg Toal
2014 finish: 7-4
Team preview

Don Bosco Prep will be solid in 2015, but is going up against what is likely the nation's most difficult schedule. Junior Tommy Devito should take over at center, though running back Malik Bakker returns to shoulder the load offensively. Mike Teel, an alum and former Rutgers great, assumes offensive coordinator duties.

4. St. Joseph Regional (Montvale)
Coach: Augie Hoffmann
2014 finish: 8-3
Team preview

St. Joseph Regional was stunned by Red Bank Catholic in the Non-Public Group 3 title game, but rebounded by closing out its season with a victory over rival Don Bosco Prep. Sophomore Nick Patti will likely be the team's new quarterback. Dorian Hardy, a junior linebacker, could prove to be unstoppable.

5. St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City)
Coach: Rich Hansen
2014 finish: 11-1; Non-Public Group 4 state champion
Team preview

With the departure of Brandon Wimbush, Minkah Fitzpatrick and others, regression will likely take place. But there is still plenty of talent, albeit of the unproven variety, on the Marauders' roster. Johnathan Lewis takes over at quarterback, and will look to target K.j. Gray and Kolton Huber.
