The CIF Northern Section high school boys basketball playoffs will soon get underway.
The championship contests will be held Feb. 28-29. Host sites will be announced at a later date.
Defending champions include Pleasant Valley in Division 3, University Prep (Division 4), Mt. Shasta (Division 5), Redding Christian (Division 6) and Butte Valley (Division 7).
