There was little change in the rankings but there is a welcome addition to the Top 25 with the arrival of Paradise High School of Butte County.
A longtime power in the Northern Section with six 11-1 teams and two 10-2 teams since 2004, Paradise had its 2018 season abruptly halted when the Camp Fire devastated the region and leveled the town. The Bobcats are 7-0.
