When you're the No. 3 team in the nation, you're supposed to win against all but two teams in America.

That's why Mater Dei stays pat in this week's Composite Top 25 after beating St. John Bosco. And the Braves didn't fall too far, as their loss was to an amazing team - hard to penalize them much.

Expect movement in the coming weeks as the top teams in America try to fight through the playoffs on the path to titles.

MaxPreps, PrepNation, USA Today and High School Football America have all released updated national rankings this week. Only schools recognized by two or more media outlets are eligible for inclusion in the composite rankings. Teams were assigned a score of 40 for each media outlet that did not recognize them as part of their Top 25, rewarding teams that received consensus acclaim.
