At first glance, this hardly looks like American football.
The ballcarrier encounters a large circle of players, both teammates and opponents. A scrum ensues, and somehow the ball pops out of the mess of bodies, right into the arms of one of the original ballcarrier's teammates.
The play would not have seemed entirely out of place at a rugby match. A football game? That's a different story.
