Video: Lacrosse Goal from 80-yards #MPTopPlay
Watch Brady Kinner from River Hill nail this incredible shot. After pulling off two upsets in the first two weekends of the season, Loyola Blakefield suffered an upset loss of its own last week, which had a ripple effect in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25 National Boys Lacrosse Rankings presented by the Army National Guard.
New Canaan opened its season with a win over Loyola Blakefield and immediately moved from No. 25 to No. 9 in this week's rankings. The win also dropped Haverford School and Landon, the two teams Loyola Blakefield knocked out of the No. 1 spot in the rankings the past two weeks.
Newcomers to this week's rankings include the IMG Academy National Independent Intersectional Team, which is not to be confused with the IMG Academy independent team, as well as Boys Latin (Baltimore).
