After trailing 5-0 to start the contest, the Trailblazers went on an 8-0 run and never trailed again, leading for the final 30 minutes of action at Pasadena City College.
Kentucky pledge Boston led all scorers, finishing with 30 points and scoring at all three levels. The 6-foot-6 guard is a strong candidate for national player of the year honors.

Gonzaga signee
Dominick Harris led the scoring for Rancho Christian with 17 points.

Sierra Canyon
has been dominant against Golden State opponents, winning 37 consecutive
games against all other California foes dating back to the 2017-18
season.
These two could meet up again in postseason play, as both are expected to be strong contenders for the CIF Open Division state crown.
Sierra Canyon (16-2) hosts Viewpoint (Calabasas) on Jan. 15 before heading to the Spalding Hoophall Classic to take on Dominican (Whitefish Bay, Wis.) and No. 13 Paul VI (Fairfax, Va.).
Similarly, Rancho Christian (16-3) will look to rebound against Orion International (Chino) on Jan. 15 before traveling to the Spalding Hoophall Classic to face off against Camden (N.J.) and No. 7 DeMatha (Hyattsville, Md.).
