Mason's points are the second-highest recorded total in WPIAL history, second only to the 71 by Larry Hardesty of Mohawk against Northwestern Feb. 10, 1959. He was 17 of 19 shooting including 7 of 7 from beyond the 3-point arc and also went 23 of 24 from the free-throw line.
