TEXARKANA, Ark. - In spite of trailing
Arkansas (Texarkana, Ark.) 18 points,
Parkview (Little Rock, Ark.) surged back to grab a 28-25 win over
Arkansas (Texarkana, Ark.) Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run, the Razorbacks went into halftime with a 18-7 lead. The Patriots scored the winning points with a touchdown run that came in the fourth quarter.
Despite scoring six points in the third, Parkview still trailed by 12 points going into the fourth quarter. But 15 points in the fourth helped PHS pull out the victory.
The Little Rock school didn't regain the lead for good until the the fourth quarter when they ran for a touchdown.
The loss comes after Arkansas defeated Sheridan 49-15 last week. The loss broke Arkansas' two-game winning streak.
