Basha (Chandler, Ariz.) junior
Ryan Kelley, who earlier in the week de-committed from Oregon, made a pledge to Pac-12 rival Arizona State on Friday.
Kelley is considered the No. 2 recruit overall from Arizona in the Class of 2017, according to
247Sports.
The 6-foot-4, 190-pounder has thrown for 5,714 yards, 50 touchdowns and 23 interceptions in two seasons at Basha.
The Bears were 12-12 in those two seasons, including 4-7 last year.

Oregon is considered one of the prime schools Martell will be looking at.
