Davaris Daniels announced this week that he has made a commitment to the University of Notre Dame, according to the South Bend Tribune.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound senior is the son of Washington Redskins defensive end Phillip Daniels. He said he also strongly considered Miami and Oklahoma.
Daniels is the second receiver and 20th overall player in the class of 2011 to choose Notre Dame.
