Under Armour, Inc. today announced the final roster for the 2013 Under Armour All-America Baseball Game, powered by Baseball Factory. The sixth annual high school showcase will be played at Wrigley Field on Saturday, August 24 and will air live nationally on MLB Network at 1:30 p.m. CST.
Players will experience four days of festivities that begin on Wednesday, August 21 and culminate with the game on Saturday, August 24. The 2013 game will air live nationally on MLB Network, with the first pitch taking place at 1:30 p.m. CST. It will also appear via live webcast on MLB.com.
"After reviewing thousands of players from across the world, we are excited to announce the final roster of 36 players that have been selected to compete in the Under Armour All-America Game," said Steve Bernhardt. "As we enter the sixth year of the event, it is very possible that this group of players is the best we've seen in the history of the game. We expect this talented collection of prospects to put on an impressive show at Wrigley Field for scouts and fans."
The coaches who will lead baseball's next superstars during the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game are Bill Ripken, Larry Bowa, Steve Bernhardt, Wes Helms, Jim Morris, Yancy Ayres, Todd Fine, Jim Gemler, Rolando Pino, Sammy Serrano, Andy Ferguson and Carm Mazza.
